High Pressure Grouting
Southeast Services uses AVANTI AV100 which is an ultra-low viscosity, chemically reactive gel. AV100 is designed to be the same viscosity as water which allows it to permeate anywhere water can travel and then cure within a controlled time frame. Once cured, it creates an effective, long lasting water barrier while providing superb soil stabilization. Pressure grouting with AV100 is considered to be a permanent repair that is commonly used to fix pipe with water infiltration deficiencies.
No Dig Point Repair
Southeast Services is also a proud & certified installation contractor of Infrastructure Repair Systems and QuickLock. This is a No dig Pipe Point Repair system that allows our company to make selective permanent underground sewer repairs on pipes 4" and larger. This is a quick and easy method that is used to repair pipes damaged due to cracks, infiltration, root intrusion or corrosion. This repair can be made in main lines and laterals or under concrete slabs within buildings, and in water without digging regardless of the pipe age or material. All pipe repairs are guaranteed for the life of the pipe. The repair is installed internally and eliminates the costly and time consuming excavation.
Cretex HydroTite Interior Repair
Custom made for each project. HydraTite™ seals provide a low cost option to repair leaking joints. Superior quality and intricate design assures a tight, leak-free seal. By eliminating the need for excavation, savings can be in excess of 50 percent with projects normally completed in days not weeks. The HydraTite™ Sealing System serves as an internal joint seal and can be transformed into an interlocking sleeve system, custom designed to any length of pipe.
Cured In Place Pipe
For a more structural repair, Southeast Services also uses a proven method to rehabilitate a pipeline section from 2’-7’ in length called the CIPP sectional repair system. It is designed for pipes ranging in size from 8”-36” with cracks, holes and separated joints. The CIPP sleeve is prepared and then inserted into the pipe and moved into place using an inflatable packer. Once centered over the damaged section of pipe the packer is inflated to press tightly against the host pipe. The CIPP sleeve is then allowed to cure to the side of the host pipe creating a new structural pipe within a pipe. The packer is then deflated and removed and the repair is complete.
Southeast Services has a full underground utility licensed pipe crew in the event that the assets require excavation to be replaced or repaired.
